It’s hot, very hot, we hear the cicadas among the vines and olive trees. Here we are in Provence for Camille & Fouad’s wedding! Camille is French, Fouad is Lebanese, they live in Amsterdam and they chose the lovely Domaine de Blanche Fleur near Avignon to make the most of their weekend.
They wanted their wedding day to be laid back and fun, which started in the pool early in the morning. After a beautiful outdoor religious ceremony under a blazing sun and over 40°C, the cocktail was more than welcome before starting the party! During a pre-wedding Skype meeting, Camille warned us: “Fouad is Lebanese so there will surely be a lot of music, dancing, it’s going to be a party!”. It was indeed the case, and from the preparation!
Traditional dances and songs followed one another, then dinner in the glasshouse of the domain before setting the dancefloor on fire with a sound system worthy of a stadium!

Il fait chaud, très chaud, on entend les cigales parmi les vignes et les oliviers, nous voilà en Provence, pour le mariage de Camille & Fouad ! Camille est française, Fouad libanais, ils vivent à Amsterdam et ont choisi le superbe Domaine de Blanche Fleur près d’Avignon pour profiter à fond de leur week-end.
Ils voulaient que leur mariage soit une journée décontractée et fun, qui a commencé dans la piscine dès le matin. Après une belle cérémonie religieuse en extérieur sous un soleil de plomb et plus de 40°C, le cocktail était le bienvenu avant de commencer la fête ! Lors d’un rdv avant le mariage, Camille nous avait prévenus, “Fouad est libanais donc il y aura sûrement beaucoup de musique, de danse, ça va être la fête !”. C’était effectivement le cas, et dès la préparation !
Danses et chants traditionnels se sont succédés, puis dîner dans la verrière du domaine avant de mettre le feu au dancefloor avec une sono digne d’un stade !
